Trauma Sucks. Trauma Therapy Doesn’t Have To.
My work is a blend of compassionate, attachment-focused exploration, body-based somatic therapy, and brain- and nervous-system-focused tools. I’m certified in Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry—one of only about 47 people in the U.S. with this certification—so we gently explore how your early experiences shaped the way you see yourself and the world.
I also integrate Brainspotting and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy to access the deeper, subcortical layers of trauma that talk therapy alone can’t always reach. When you have a positive or expansive experience, we use Brainspotting during that window of neuroplasticity to help your brain and body actually wire in that new pattern, instead of snapping back to old survival responses.
To support and stabilize these gains, I offer neurofeedback so we can literally train your brain toward more calm and regulation. The beautiful part is that much of this training can be done at home, on your own time, reinforcing what we do in session. Throughout all of this, we keep coming back to your body and your nervous system, listening for what feels safe, and honoring the pace that feels right. Healing is possible—and we get there by going slowly enough for every part of you to come along.
You Tried to Talk About It, It Didn’t Work.
You feel broken, stuck, afraid to talk about what happened.
You tried talking but heard “you have it better than I did”, “get over it” or weren’t believed. You got the message no-one was there for you.
You’re ashamed. “Was it my fault?” You can’t tell anyone. They will act different and you can’t stand that. No one knows the real you.
Your Body is Tired of Keeping Score
You push it down, but it’s so exhausting. Your health is suffering from the chronic stress.
The only escape is to numb out by binging tv, scrolling on your phone, shopping, drinking….
When you aren’t numb you’re anxious, angry, and doubt yourself. You want to do things and hate yourself because you can’t.

You Want Relief
You are afraid of what might come up if you start to talk, but this isn’t living.
You are always on guard, unable to trust others, unable to regulate emotions, and always giving more than you get.
You’ve tried other kinds of therapy and are ready for something to work.
